  Tried to contact move in removals as they had damaged some of the furniture that was delivered. Coming onto 3 weeks now after 2 emails and still no response.

  Customer service on the phone was a little dicey but I heard good things about these guys from a friend who moved with them. I'm glad I followed through with it- they were great, didn't damage anything and moved all our stuff in a reasonable time frame. They are much cheaper than most other removalists (while still having some insurance for damage in transit). I've moved with a few other companies of varied price range and yes there were 2 that I'd say were better but they were about 60% more expensive. If you want premium service you have to pay a premium price.

  Firstly, the ad was misleading with the price being "$95 per hour (SEVEN DAYS) with no other options on the ad, to which I was then told on the phone it was $105 per hour with a flat fee of $40 for petrol, although the ad said "We don't charge for any hidden costs i.e. Travel time, fuel....".

  And WORST OF ALL they broke my client's 65 inch LG UHD TV and denied that it was them and refuse to provide any kind of solution, apology or compensation. In fact, there was no apology for any of the above. They continue to tell me that they sent "their best team" to this job and they don't believe this is their doing.

  When you try to book in for their service, the customer service is excellent and then when it nears delivery time, no correspondence at all. Pick up time, they brought a different work order and were confused regarding pickup. Pick up and delivery staff were excellent. Thanking them for their work.

  I do not recommend using this company. The workers are extremely unprofessional. My job was double booked - I had been told they would come between 8-9am then the next day they called and said 10-11am with midday the latest. I was assured it would be before midday as I had booked in carpet cleaning. I called at 1 to see what was going on only to be told the drivers were at caloundra and would not be at mine until 5-6pm! Absolutely ridiculous. I also got quoted 2 hours for the job and got charged for 4 and when I questioned the driver his response was "did you want me to fly there". So extremely rude. I should also mention I have asked to speak to the manager twice now and have not heard a peep - its been over a week. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this joke of a company.

  The removalists also made significant marks on the walls of my clients new home, one has actually put a hole in the wall as shown in the pictures.

  Very bad customer service. When we called to know the date and time of delivery, we received a very rude service from the staff on the other side of the phone. Delivered late in the evening by around 8pm on the 9th day. Matress was dirty and had few scratch marks on microwave and other stuffs. As they delivered late at night, missed to notice a missing stuff. Do not want to ring them back again, as I received very bad customer service from them. Emailed and tried to contact the owner, still no reply regarding the issues.

  One removalist/truck was 50 minutes late and nothing happened until he showed up. According to my client, the removalist said he "had a big night" - how unprofessional. On the work order/invoice it said both trucks and bother removalists would be there between 7-8am. One driver arrived at 8am and the other at 850am - nothing was done until 850am.
